By using ScoutScore you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

ScoutScore provides AI-powered candidate shortlisting reports based on publicly available LinkedIn data. Reports are generated for professional recruitment purposes only.

AI-generated content

ScoutScore uses artificial intelligence to analyse publicly available profile data. AI-generated scores and assessments are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional recruitment advice. All hiring decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user. ScoutScore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated assessment.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use ScoutScore

Credits and billing

  • One-time credits (Hiring Pack) never expire
  • Monthly subscription credits roll over once into your next billing cycle
  • An automatic refund is issued if a search returns fewer than 5 candidates
  • All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy and subject to their terms
  • Automatic credit refunds are applied to your account balance within 24 hours of the affected search completing.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ScoutScore only for lawful recruitment purposes. You may not:

  • Use ScoutScore to harass, discriminate against, or harm any individual
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the ScoutScore platform
  • Resell or redistribute reports without our written permission
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable employment law
  • Use ScoutScore to make hiring decisions based on protected characteristics including age, gender, race, religion, disability, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law in your jurisdiction

Candidate data

Candidate information in reports is sourced from publicly available LinkedIn profiles. You are responsible for handling this data in compliance with applicable privacy law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your jurisdiction.

Data sourcing

Candidate profile data is sourced from publicly available LinkedIn profiles via third-party data infrastructure. ScoutScore is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation. Data availability and completeness may vary. In the event that data sourcing infrastructure becomes unavailable, ScoutScore will notify users and provide a pro-rata credit refund for affected subscription periods.

Limitation of liability

ScoutScore is provided "as is". We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. In the event ScoutScore discontinues service, users with unused credits will receive a pro-rata refund. Subscription users will not be billed beyond the final active period.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ScoutScore after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
